Cancellation Policy:
Highlights Worldwide accepts no liability of any kind from any loss, damage, injury, costs or delays resulting from your use of services. Any claims arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought only in the court of the principal office of Highlights Worldwide, and the choice of law with respect to any such claim shall be the law of that jurisdiction.
The accommodation taxes are never included. The amounts depend of the municipality of the destination. These taxes have to be paid on spot.
The prices don’t include the extra services not booked and to be paid on spot.
For infants up to 2 years of age, the services are always free of charge, at hotel with Bed & Breakfast and all the extra services have to be paid on spot.
Overbooking / Hotels: Highlights Worldwide wil use its best endeavors to avoid any overbooking. In the event that overbookings cannot be avoided, Highlights Worldwide will advise the clients at least 3 days in advance and provide at least the same category of hotel with the same category of room and services booked.
Force Majeure: the parties shall not be liable for unfulfilled contractual obligations that result from force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the parties. Such occurrences include, but are not limited to, war, major acts of terrorism (threatened or actual) in any part of the world that cause global, economic or safety uncertainties, insurrection, political upheaval, labor disputes, strikes, laws or regulations, boycotts, epidemics, contagious diseases, hurricanes, monsoons, other adverse weather conditions. The affected party shall serve notice immediately in writing to the other party specifying the nature and extent of the force majeure circumstances.
Highlights Worldwide reserves the right to cancel any tours and transfer due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to customers due to a tour cancellation. Highlights Worldwide will issue a full refund for all canceled tours, customers must submit a refund request by contacting Highlights Worldwide within 14 days of tour's departure date.
All personal items, including coats, cameras, handbags, and similar personal articles should remain at all times through the tour under your personal control. Highlights Worldwide is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items while you are on tour.
The right is reserved to withdraw any tour, to change the sequence of tour activities, or to omit specific activities for any reason, including the safety or best interest of the customers. Tour operators may also decline to provide tour services of any customer at any time.
Unless otherwise noted within the services descriptions (hotels, transfer and tours), customers can cancel a service (hotels, transfer and / or tours) up to 45 days before departure and receive a full refund. All services are non-refundable if not canceled by customers before 45 days before the services have to start.
No refunds will be made to any customer who fails to show up for a tour departure or transfer at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all of the services scheduled to be provided by an excursion or transfer. Please most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customer who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to weather conditions.
The prices for Highlights Worldwide are in EURO and are subject to change without notice. However, Highlights Worldwide will honor the price at the time of the confirmed services booking even if prices change before the departure. Our detailed services descriptions (hotels, transfer and tours) list all features included in each tour, which may or may not include guide services, meals, transportation and entrance fees.
The Highlights Worldwide affiliated sites are intended for personal, noncommercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. This site may not to be used to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. Robots or other automated means to access this site are not permitted.
